Another purpose of the cat’s ears is that, it helps them balance. This is the main reason why cats normally land on their feet when falling.
Nonetheless, cats cannot see in total darkness. The haw is known to be the third eyelid of the cat wherein they are used to protect the eyes of the cat from danger, knowing that cats cannot see in the dark. The pupil of the cat’s eyes are elliptical in order to control the quantity of light that enters their eyes.
